The extended sides and backs provide full coverage from top to bottom with a double layer. The Tempest Advanced 100 Skull Cap Wrap can be easily mounted within seconds via a plug-in system in the three front stiffeners. It easily fastens around the bivvy and the rear vents allow air to flow through the shelter in warmer weather, so the Skull Cap Wrap also helps keep it cooler in the bivvy. It also has two Velcro rod attachments for easy and secure rod placement, as well as a rain gutter.
