The fastest, “easy-erect” shelter just got even better with the introduction of the phenomenal Tempest RS 100 Camo. The core of this one-person fishing bivvy is the famous, patented hinge block, which ensures easy and quick assembly. Set-up time, usability and functionality are all further improved with the Rapid Knuckle System®, which effortlessly locks all five main poles into position in one action. Simple, safe and strong, setting up your shelter has never been easier. Additional improvements to the Rapid Shelter include a built-in peak to minimize water ingress in and around the door and this peak can be increased even further for even more coverage with the addition of a skull cap. The back of the shelter has been made flatter than its predecessor, creating an optimal balance between internal storage space, swimability and aerodynamics. Airflow through the shelter has been improved with Adaptive Ventilation® on six vents (four in the back and two in the front), allowing air to flow better even when it’s raining. To keep things cooler in the summer, the four rear vents can be opened to create shaded areas which, when combined with a Skull Cap, can reduce the interior temperature by several degrees. For optimal storage space, there are four interior pockets, two on each side and two on the front. The front pockets have a hanging loop where you can store essentials like your receiver or even your jacket, so you can get away quickly when the weather is inclement.
