Ordering & Payment
Will I receive order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact support at support@campcrest.co.uk.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need changes, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but modifications are not always guaranteed.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment failures may occur due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, or bank security settings. Try another payment method or contact your bank.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time for my order?
Order handling time is 1–3 business days. Transit time is 4–7 business days. Total delivery time is 5–10 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship all orders within the United Kingdom for free.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@campcrest.co.uk with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
